Now for a yummy Sunday Salad!
I had some grilled salmon left over from dinner last night so I just topped it on:
-chopped crisp romaine lettuce
-shredded carrots
-halved cherry tomatoes
-a few sliced black olives
Drizzle with olive oil and fresh lemon juice!
